I’m looking to create a few papier-mâché type sculptures. I have been shredding bills rather than paying them so I have a nice assortment of fine confetti that I want to work into something, but don’t want a metal or plastic/balloon type of substructure.
Any idea for a malleable substructure that I could build on that will completely disintegrate when burned (oh, and non toxic)?

Oh....and love the confetti/bill reduction plan...;-)
